Conduct component and system tests for AC/DC and DC/DC converters in the high-power range (kW to MW).
Perform development testing in close collaboration with the product development departments.
Manage customer acceptance tests (FAT) and technical demonstrations for international clients.
Develop comprehensive test specifications, test cases, and suitable structures for the units under test.
Evaluate test data, provide technical consultancy to developers, and support troubleshooting processes.
Contribute to interdisciplinary and international teams (Hardware, Software, Testing).
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field.
Several years of professional experience in functional testing of power electronic assemblies and systems.
Proficiency with specialized measurement tools (Data loggers, Oscilloscopes) and test equipment (Climatic chambers, AC/DC sources/loads).
Strong understanding of technical standards, norms, and customer specifications.
Experience in drafting test plans, specifications, and reports, as well as setting up test environments.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills, communication proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset.
