Tasks

• Assisting in day-to-day financial accounting (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).

• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitoring and auditing travel expense reports.

• Managing and maintaining fixed asset accounting.

• Contributing to cost center accounting and financial reporting.

• Performing account reconciliations and clearing.

• Participating in special projects and taking on ad-hoc financial tasks.

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., certified accountant).

• Several years of professional experience in an accounting environment.

• Independent, responsible, and highly diligent way of working.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive "hands-on" mentality.

• Strong team player with an open mind toward new challenges.

• Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).

• Solid skills in MS Office applications and standard ERP software.
