Tasks

• Operational & Disciplinary Leadership: You will manage the incoming goods, outgoing goods, and internal logistics departments, leading your team with a focus on goals and motivation.
• Process Optimization & Lean Management: As an expert in process analysis (e.g., Six Sigma), you will identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements in intralogistics.
• Logistics Planning & KPIs: You will control material availability, optimize inventory levels, and analyze logistics KPIs to continuously increase efficiency.
• Interface Management: You will coordinate closely with production, purchasing, planning, and quality assurance to ensure reliable delivery performance.
• System-Based Solutions: You will drive the further development of IT logistics solutions and optimize processes within the SAP system.
• Quality & Audits: You will ensure compliance with international logistics standards and take responsibility for conducting audits (e.g., according to MMOG/LE) and inventories.

Profile

• Qualification: You are a State-certified Business Administrator and have successfully completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk.
• Professional Experience: You have at least ten years of expertise in the logistics environment, ideally with a strong background in the automotive supply industry.
• Leadership Skills: You have proven experience in employee leadership and hold the IHK trainer certification (AdA).
• Methodological Competence: You are a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and are proficient in using modern ERP systems (preferably SAP) as well as MS Office.
• Personality: You are characterized by a structured way of working, high resilience, and strong communication skills.
• Language Skills: You have a good command of written and spoken English.
