Tasks

In this strategic key role, you will be responsible for the global quality strategy of high-efficiency power solutions in the data center sector, leading an international team toward operational excellence.

• Full accountability for quality across all development and series projects within the business unit

• Leadership and continuous development of the global quality team

• Serving as a central communication lead for internal departments, external partners, and global customers

• Defining and monitoring quality KPIs, management plans, and testing concepts

• Leading cross-functional task forces to resolve complex strategic challenges, involving customers and suppliers where necessary

• Managing root cause analyses and implementing sustainable corrective actions for quality deviations

• Final approval or rejection of products and processes within the quality framework

• Introducing innovative quality methods and tools while optimizing supplier management

• Planning and executing internal and external audits, including support for Asian development sites

Profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Extensive professional experience in quality management, ideally within the IT, semiconductor, or data center industry

• Initial leadership experience and proven expertise in crisis management

• Profound knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

• Strong negotiation skills, customer-oriented mindset, and professional appearance

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel internationally (at least 25%), primarily to Asia and the USA
