• Full responsibility for supply chain organizations of up to 80 employees, covering planning, procurement, customer service, warehousing, shipping, and global supplier/customer management. • Inventory reduction and material flow optimization across multiple sites, significantly lowering working capital while maintaining production stability. • Digitalization and implementation of new planning, warehouse, and ERP processes, including automated EDI interfaces and optimized material flow structures. • Restructuring of global supply chain organizations with substantial efficiency gains, productivity improvements, and enhanced negotiation leverage. • Establishment of AEO certification and role as authorized customs officer, ensuring international compliance in import/export operations. • Successful management of demanding audits (VDA, FDA), establishing new best‑practice standards adopted across the corporation. • Leadership of global procurement and supplier development initiatives, achieving sustainable cost reductions and strengthening supplier networks. • Management of international teams across Europe and the USA, fostering strong cross‑cultural collaboration and long‑term partnerships. • End‑to‑end optimization of supply chain processes in automotive, chemical, and consumer goods sectors, focusing on delivery performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
