Development and implementation of an automated CAN-controlled Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test system for EMC validation of vehicle steering systems. This included the conception of the hardware architecture with microcontroller, motor driver, and sensors, as well as the creation of automated test sequences using Vector CANoe, CAPL, and CANoe Panels. Additionally, electronic modules were commissioned, parameterized, and the control electronics optimized, including the development of a PID control.
